How Labeyrie leveraged Authentic Talent to engage and inspire its teams around a culture of learning

Context :

Labeyrie Fine Foods wished to offer an opening keynote as part of its September 2024 “Learning Week”, in order to launch the week with an engaging dynamic focused on building a learning culture.

Sophie Bourrut-Lacouture, Director of People and Organizational Development, discovered Authentic Talent through the podcasts hosted by Chloë Touati, on topics of particular interest to her, which led her to get in touch with the firm to envision an intervention aligned with their challenges.

What solution was implemented in collaboration with Authentic Talent?

Following their meeting, Authentic Talent put forward a tailored keynote proposal, including the selection of an expert speaker and the development of a unifying conference thread, structured around three clearly defined objectives:

  • Inspire, through a high-impact intervention offering an external perspective on learning culture and on the shared responsibilities involved in creating an environment conducive to development.
  • Challenge, by bringing fresh perspectives to sometimes deeply rooted ideas, and by making proven models accessible, particularly the 70/20/10 model, through a concrete and approachable way of explaining them.
  • Mobilize, by encouraging teams to take action, commit sustainably to their professional development, and lay the first foundations for cultural change.
Following an initial exchange with the speaker, a scoping session made it possible to fine-tune the content so as to align it as closely as possible with Labeyrie’s expectations and context.

What results were achieved?

The keynote was highly successful, bringing together close to 300 participants during Learning Week, out of a total workforce of approximately 1,000 connected employees.

Employees particularly appreciated the inspiring and accessible nature of the intervention, which helped create a unifying highlight moment and generated interest around the challenges of learning and skills development.

What were the key strengths you particularly appreciated in our support?

Sophie Bourrut-Lacouture highlights in particular:

  • The quality of the exchanges throughout the collaboration,
  • Authentic Talent’s ability to quickly propose a solution suited to the context and the expressed need,
  • The flexibility and adaptability of the support, with possible adjustments after the initial exchanges with the speaker, and strong responsiveness.
