What is the pace of these courses?

Avant la formation

• Vérifiez votre connexion Internet (connexion stable recommandée).
• Utilisez de préférence un ordinateur (PC ou Mac).
• Installez l’application Microsoft Teams ou assurez-vous que votre navigateur est à jour.
• Testez votre caméra, votre micro et votre casque avant le début de la session.
• Prévoyez un environnement calme, lumineux et sans interruption.

Rejoindre la session

• Cliquez sur le lien Teams reçu par email.
• Rejoignez la réunion 5 minutes avant l’heure de début.
• Renseignez votre prénom et nom (ex. : Prénom Nom – Entreprise).
• Activez votre caméra si demandé par le formateur.
Bonnes pratiques pendant la formation
• Coupez votre micro lorsque vous ne prenez pas la parole.
• Levez la main (icône dédiée) pour demander la parole.
• Utilisez le chat pour poser des questions ou partager des réflexions.
• Évitez de faire plusieurs tâches en parallèle afin de rester pleinement engagé(e).
Utilisation des principales fonctionnalités
• Micro / Caméra : icônes en bas de l’écran.
• Chat : pour échanger avec le groupe ou le formateur.
• Lever la main : pour intervenir sans interrompre.
• Partage d’écran : uniquement si le formateur vous y invite.
• Réactions : pour interagir rapidement (�, �, etc.).

En cas de difficulté technique

• Quittez puis rejoignez à nouveau la réunion.
• Vérifiez vos paramètres audio et vidéo dans Teams.
• Redémarrez l’application si nécessaire.
• Informez le formateur via le chat ou par email si le problème persiste.

• Les sessions peuvent être enregistrées à des fins pédagogiques.
• Il est interdit d’enregistrer la session sans autorisation.
• Les échanges doivent rester respectueux, professionnels et confidentiels
